I'm your coach, Erica!

After years of yo-yo dieting, unhealthy eating habits and just not feeling myself after having two kids, I decided to invest in myself and did my first round of the FASTer Way. I knew immediately  this was where I needed to be and decided that I needed to share this with other women out there who are struggling and taking extreme measures to see their bodies change. That's when I decided to become a certified health coach.


As a health and wellness coach, I am dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their optimal well-being. My goal is to show women in all stages of life how to reach their goals without deprivation and promote lasting change. 


I will coach you on health principles like intermittent fasting, and carb cycling to help increase your energy and master your metabolism. We will overcome challenges, develop sustainable habits, and unlock you full potential for vibrant health.
