It's great that you already have a fitness routine that you love. The program is not sold separately. It is one perfect recipe for fat loss. However, nutrition is 80% of the equation & our primary focus. The real magic happens when you make sure you are eating properly. Pairing that intentionally with a strategic workout plan will take your results to the next level! Give me 6 weeks so I can show you just how effective scientifically proven nutrition and fitness can be when paired together correctly. With that being said, you can absolutely continue to do the workouts you love while taking advantage of my course for the nutrition aspect. You will still have great results.
This is actually where I was when I joined the FASTer Way to Fat Loss. I was newly postpartum with my youngest, Charlie, and I felt so lost. I was wading through diapers and bottles, desperately trying to find 8 minutes so I could shower. I knew no one was coming to rescue me and it had to be my decision to take control. I signed up for the FW and committed (because I had to make my investment worth it!). I had about 45 minutes a day to get my workout in, shower, and eat. That 6 week investment is the best thing I ever did for my mental health and my babies. Girl, same! Come to think of it, I don’t know one woman in my life who is not juggling 57 different calendars, engagements, work commitments, etc at any given moment.
